If you have chosen one of our beautiful holiday homes in the west of La Palma, you can easily reach Puerto Naos by car, whether you have chosen a house in the delightful area of Tijarafe or next to the city of Los Llanos. It’s a beautiful drive that will allow you to see more of the island and get past some phenomenal viewing points that look out onto the sea, offering some stunning photo opportunities.

Si has elegido una de nuestras hermosas casas de vacaciones en el oeste de La Palma, puedes llegar fácilmente a Puerto Naos en coche, ya sea que hayas elegido una casa en la maravillosa zona de Tijarafe o junto a la ciudad de Los Llanos. Es un viaje en coche agradable, que te permitirá ver más de la isla y en el camino encontrarás además algunos puntos de vista fenomenales con magníficas vistas del mar, la excusa perfecta para hacer un par de fotos.
CAFÉS & PALM TREES BY THE BEACH PROMENADE
At the entrance to Puerto Naos there is a free parking site, where you can leave your car for the day. It’s only a few hundred meters to the beach from here. You walk past a few apartment buildings, restaurants and cafés and then you find yourself on the beach promenade of Puerto Naos. The beach promenade is the best way to get an overview of the seaside village. Next to it you will find some good cafés and souvenir shops, perfect for a coffee or ice-cream in the sun. If you come on Saturdays, you can often find some special events taking place on the beach promenade, whether it be sports, culture or arts related.
Am Eingang von Puerto Naos gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, wo Sie Ihr Auto für den Tag abstellen können. Es sind jetzt nur noch ein paar hundert Meter bis zum Strand. Sie gehen an einigen Wohnhäusern, Restaurants und Cafés vorbei und dann finden Sie sich auch schon an der Strandpromenade von Puerto Naos wieder. Die Strandpromenade ist der beste Ausgangspunkt um einen Überblick über das Dorf zu verschaffen. Direkt an der Promenade finden Sie einige gute Cafés und Souvenirläden, perfekt für einen Kaffee oder Eis in der Sonne. Samstags finden an der Promendae auch oft kulturelle und sportliche Veranstaltungen statt.

FUN ON THE BLACK SAND BEACH
The best thing is of course the beach. It is the perfect beach for long hot summer days: it has a medium size, is not too crowded and has a familiar feel with a friendly mix of tourists and local. The beautiful exotic black sand contrasts beautifully with the sparkling blue sea and the tall green palm trees. If you do not want to leave Puerto Naos again, you can consider staying in one of our apartments!
Das Beste ist natürlich der Strand. Es ist der perfekte Strand für lange heiße Sommertage: mittelgroß, nicht zu voll und mit einem familiären Flair, der von der Mischung aus Touristen und einheimischen Besuchern profitiert. Der schöne exotische schwarze Sand bildet einen wunderschönen Kontrast zu dem glitzernden blauen Meer und den großen grünen Palmen.
